Shipping & Returns


Here at Authentic Mancave Memorabilia, we take great pride in offering fast, safe, and cost-effective delivery services for our customers.  Our items typically depart our facility to you within 24 hours of purchase Monday through Saturday and are always sent with a tracking number.  If you need to upgrade shipping services for an expedited delivery, please contact us to arrange!  Our standard shipping option is USPS (United States Postal Service), but in the event of shipping a large item, we use UPS. Unfortunately at this time, we are currently only shipping to the continental United States.

Please also note that the shipping rates for our products we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

You may return most unused, original condition items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Returns must be requested and approved by email prior to being shipped back to us. Upon, approval of the return, buyers can proceed to ship the damaged / in-correct item back.  Items
must arrive in the same condition as when it left our possession, including any tags or certification/authenticity stickers. Removed tags or certification/authenticity stickers will void your refund. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
